We do not take a power of attorney, we do not store passports, and we do not file with the airline for you. After you unlock a pack, you send the letter. The airline answers you.

DelayDraft LLC does not represent that any passenger is entitled to compensation. Fixed cash payments for delay are not available under every legal regime. Events outside an airline’s control — including weather and air-traffic control — may extinguish or limit a statutory cash claim even where meals, hotel, or other care remain due. Any eligibility display is an informational sketch only. It is not a determination, guarantee, or legal opinion that money is owed. Amounts, caps, and airline URLs change. Verify official sources linked in each law box before you rely on a figure.

Passenger-rights laws are enforced against the operating airline — the carrier whose aircraft and crew flew you — not the brand on the ticket or a codeshare marketing flight. You must choose the operator before we sketch eligibility or generate a letter.

If you want someone to handle the airline conversation, you need your own lawyer. This site prepares the letter. You send it. The refund policy is in the Terms and Conditions.
