What this app stores

Stored on this device only (browser storage): your email, flight facts, receipt file names and hashes, your printed name and signature image if you signed the Terms, a generated letter after Stripe confirms payment, a SHA-256 hash of that letter, and the Stripe session / invoice id. The letter is not shown until payment is paid. Meal, hotel folio, and transport files stay on this device so you can attach them on the airline’s form — we do not keep the original images on a server.

Card numbers, CVC, and expiry never touch this app. Stripe Checkout (or Stripe’s embedded checkout) collects $9.99 for 1 or 2 passengers or $24.99 for 3 to 6. We store only the session id Stripe returns after a paid session.

Never collected: passport images, national ID, or a power of attorney. If identity documents were ever added, a deletion control and GDPR / PIPEDA / LGPD policy would be required — they are not collected here.
